Winnipeg, July 27. The grain market surged upward again to-day as the result of the heavy crop export and the reports of short covering in July futures and unfavourable crop news. Wheat futures finished at 2J to 1J cents above Tuesday’s closing rates. EASTERN DISTRICT FAT STOCK. BURNSIDE MARKET.
