FARMERS AND LABOURITES. MOVEMENT IN SASKATCHEWAN. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 8.35 p.m.) , x „ Saskatoon (Canada), July 27. Farmers and Labourites of Saskatchewan completed a union of their political forces on Wednesday and selected Mr M. J. Coldwell, of Regina, as their leader. The new party urges the establishment of a planned system of social economy for the production, distribution and exchange of foods and services, the socialization of the banking, credit and financial system of the country, together with social ownership, development, operation and control of utilities and natural resources.
