CLOSER CO-OPERATION URGED. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7 p.m.) Honolulu, June 13. Mr Henry Guthrie (New Zealand), addressing the Pacific Rotary Conference, urged closer co-operation between Britain and the United States in world affairs, contending that this would solve many problems and diminish the war menace.
