WELLINGTON HARBOUR BOARD. RESULT OF YEAR’S WORKINGS. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, March 24. In spite of a drop in revenue of more than £lOO,OOO compared with the previous year, the Wellington Harbour Board ended its financial year on September 30 with a credit balance of nearly £6OOO. By economies and careful management the expenditure showed a decrease of £77,000. Although trade was very substantially less than in the previous year, increases took place in certain exports, particularly in wool and frozen meat, and the tonnage of the arrivals was only about 7 per cent, less than the previous year’s record figure.
