Dennis (railwaysand ■ramways branch), H. H. Newell (highways and roads), W. B. Rogers (power and mechanical), A. C. Fewtrell (ways and works), W. N. Correy (commercial), T. J. Hartigan (finance), F. E. Miller (staff). Mr J. McGirr, Minister of Local Government, becomes Ministerial head of the Transport Department.
