A NEW BOOK
MR LLOYD GEORGE HITS OUT. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) London, 'March 20. Mr Lloyd George’s book on “Reparations and War Debts,” being published on Monday,' is described as amazing. He spares neither friend nor foe. He attacks Mr Stanley Baldwin and Mr Montagu Norman, Governor of the Bank of England, for the American debt settlement and says that M. Poincare never concealed his dislike for the Treaty of Versailles. He wanted to cripple Germany.
