LEADER ARRIVES AT AUCKLAND. « (Per United Press Association.) Auckland, March 21. General Higgins, Mrs Higgins and party arrived by the Niagara for a month’s whirlwind tour of New Zealand. They were warmly welcomed by a large following. Interviewed, General Higgins said he believed in church unity, but not in church union as applied by one organization. "There is a great blessing in holy rivalry,” he said. Mrs Higgins said she was a great believer in opportunity for women. But for women the Army's work would not be what it is.
