NAZIS’ PLANS
HINT OF CIVIL WAR MOVEMENT TO SURROUND BERLIN NEWSPAPER’S. DISCLOSURES (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) London, March 20. The Berlin correspondent of the SunHerald, says that despite denials by Herr Hitler and other leaders, the Nazis are undoubtedly preparing for civil war. The evidence against them is overwhelming. The newspaper Vorwarts gives details of military preparations in Hanover which are duplicated throughout Germany, embodying complete plans to seize arms, stores, communications and transport and to converge on given points. There will be no march on Berlin because workmen could speedily destroy them. A general strike would paralyze any Nazi effort to run the public services. They plan to surround Berlin and reduce it by isolation.
