APPEAL AGAINST CUSTOMS DUTY. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, March 8. At the conclusion of the addresses of counsel for the appellant in the case of the Saracen Shoe Company, Ltd. v. the Minister of Customs, the Court of Appeal this morning indicated that it did not wish to call on the Solicitor-General to address the Court and that it would put its decision in writing at a later date.
