DANGEROUS DRIVING
DOCTOR BEFORE COURT. (Per United Press Association.) Christchurch, January 19. Dr J. E. K. Brown was charged, to-day with being intoxicated in charge of a car and the case was dismissed after medical evidence that defendant’s condition was not due to the consumption of alcohol but accumulated effects of illness and medicine he had taken. He was convicted on the charge -of driving in a manner which was or might have been dangerous to the public which was substituted for the major charge.
