Smith’s Northern Purchases has arrived in Invercargill, and this comprises the biggest Millinery thrill in the history of H. &J. Smith’s. The hats were secured from a famous Auckland House and the values are absolutely astounding. A few particulars are given below. The sale commences on Monday: 500 Model Hats made from the new coarse straws, shiny chip and pineapple straws—newest shapes and beautifully’ made —sold usually at 29/6 each—to clear at 12/6 each.
