While people are criticizing the League of Nations for failing to settle the row between China and Japan in Manchuria, what about the Kellogg Pact, which seems to have failed to prevent an impact between two nations? * * * * Europe is restless; but don t forget it is winter there and woollen undies have been resumed. * * * * The principal objection the Chinese people have to the Manchurian business, is that it has interfered with its own civil war.
