QUANTITY SEIZED IN INDIA.

Delhi, December 17.
Counterfeit currency notes to the value of £9OOO were seized by the police in a raid on a house in Ghangaracherry in Travancore State, South India, following the arrest of a man who was attempting to pass the notes at a hotel in Malabar.
