MOTOR TRAGEDY
THE EAST TAIERI SMASH.
VICTIM IDENTIFIED.

Dunedin, December 17,
The woman killed in the motor smash at Riccarton, East Taieri, was -Mrs Ada Berry, a former resident of Hastings. Deceased and David Hannah, who is thought to belong to Greymouth, had been operating a sideshow at various South Island shows.
The car, a light four-cylinder one, crashed broadside into a telegraph post. Hannah, after an operation to his head, showed an improvement this morning.
