NEW SHORT-WAVE SCHEME. (United Press Assn.— By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 1.0 a.nu) London, December 17. “The British Broadcasting Corporation should be the Empire Broadcasting Corporation,” writes Mr J. H. Thomas in the Christmas number of the Radio Times. He hoped that next year the Empire shall have the pleasure of listening to a programme relayed under the coming Empire short-wave scheme.
