JAPANESE CABINET
POLICY OF NEW GOVERNMENT. (United Press Aran.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) Tokio, December 15. The nijw Cabinet affirms the national determination to exclude from Manchuria the disturbing war lords and will encourage whatever the Chinese authorities, capable of maintaining peace and security, will do for the benefit of Chinese, Japanese and other nationals. The delegates for the Disarmament Conference left Tokio to-day and were enthusiastically farewelled. The Cabinet includes Mr Inukal (Prime Minister), Mr Yoshizawa (Paris Ambassador and former Prime Minister), and Mr Takahashi (Minister of Finance).
