SITTING AT GORE. At a sitting of the Gore Magistrate's Court yesterday afternoon before Mr H. J. Dixon, S.M., judgment by default was given for plaintiffs in the following undefended civil claims: Dominion Electrical Engineering Co. Ltd v. Robert Adcock (Nightcaps) for £4O, with costs £4 1/6; W. Ltd v. W. Isitt (Gore) for £8 6/6, with costs £1 10/6: Macpherson’s Ltd v. J. W. Pollock (Waipounamu) for £7 3/6, with costs £1 12/6. Judgment Summons.
