OVERSEAS TRADE
MONTH OF NOVEMBER. BIG DROP IN RETURNS. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, December 14. Figures for the overseas trade of New Zealand for the month of November, 1931, show exports valued at £2,810,270 and imports £2,059,040. For the corresponding period last year the figures were £2,394,543 and £2,837,_§26 respectively. For the eleven months ended November, 1931, the exports were £3,814,844; imports £23,019,300, compared with 4.971,188 and £39,877,952 in 1930. The values shown for exports are declared f.o.b. values in terms of New Zealand currency. The whole imports are valued on the basis of values in exporting countries, plus ten per cent-
