EMPLOYEES AGAINST WAGE CUTS. (United Press Assn. —By Telegraph—Copyright.) Chicago, December 13. Organized railway labour refused to accept the voluntary wage cuts suggested by the railroads and proposed instead that the men on the roads should enter into further negotiations. If these fail labour executives are authorized to exert full power to protect the interests of membership in the existing rates of pay and working - conditions.
