LOOTED CARGO RECOVERED. (United Preus Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 8.50 p.m.) Hong Kong, November 24. Following upon the piracy of the British steamer Hanyang last week, the British destroyer Sterling embarked Chinese troops from Swatow and proceeded to search the coast. A strong party was landed at Namoa Island, rounded up the pirates and recovered most of the cargo looted. They also made 30 arrests. The Sterling is returning to Swatow and handing over the prisoners to the Chinese authorities.
