NEW ZEALANDER OUTCLASSED. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 1.25 a.m.) Sydney, June 25. The Empire billiards championship was continued to-day. The New Zealander Hackett was outclassed by the former English amateur champion, L. Steeples. Scores: Steeples 1332, including breaks of 177 and 144; Hackett 273, including a break of 48. The match is 2000 up.
