DUMPING BY SOVIET
PROTEST IN TURKEY.
(United Press Assn.—By Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) London, April 4. The Constantinople correspondent of The Times states that the newspapers are vigorously protesting against the Soviet’s dumping, especially of tobacco and wheat, and are calling on the Government to protect local industries.
