FLYERS REACH 24.000 FT. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Roc. 8 p.m.) Delhi, December 9. Flying-Officer Matthews and Lieutenant Grylla, of the Royal Engineers, accomplished a height record for India yesterday by climbing 24,000 ft above New Delhi in 50 minutes and obtaining a wonderful view of the snowclad Himalayas without leaving the capital.
