BETTING IN FRANCE
INROADS OF TOTALISATOR. (United Press Assn. —By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Paris, December 7. The Government has approved of 12 totalisator offices in Paris and branch offices in the nine chief provincial cities for betting on Paris and Deauville horse races.
