GRAFTON BRIDGE TOLL
MAN’S CASUAL LEAP. (Per United Press Association.) Auckland, February 4. After crawling over the parapet of the Grafton Bridge so casually that two men standing nearby thought he was a workman engaged in repairs, Llewellyn Mayson, of Karangahake, Waihi, hurtled over 100 feet to the gully below. Although he received terrible injuries he was conscious when others reached him and is now lying Tri the Auckland Hospital in a serious condition.
