AUSTRIAN MEDIUM
ELABORATE TEST PLANNED. (Rec. 11.30 p.m.) London, November 22. Attention is focussed on the first of a series of seances at the National Laboratory of Physical Research, at South Kensington, which is ta unofficial body, for the purpose of testing a young Austrian, Rudi Schneider, who is said to be the most re-' markable medium in the world. The test will be most elaborate and will be conducted secretly by six scientists, whose names will not bo revealed till they issue their report.
