MEETING OF SUPERANNUATION BOARD. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, May 10. The quarterly meeting of the Public Service Superannuation Board was held yesterday, Mr J. W. Macdonald presiding.' Thirty-six contributors who retired by reason of age or length of service were granted allowance of a total of £8493 per annum and five contributors retired as medically unfit were granted allowances totalling £839 per annum. In two cases consideration was postponed and one application for an additional allowance on account of retirement through injuries received Whilst on police duty Was declined. Twelve widows and twelve children were granted the statutory allowances amounting to £684 per annum.
