ANGLO-EGYPTIAN AGREEM ENT. (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, May 9. Mr G. Locker-Lampson, Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs, said he was glad to be able to state that an agreement satisfactory to all parties had been reached between the British Government and the Egyptian Government regarding the distribution ol the Nile waters.
