EUCHRE PARTY’. (From Our Correspondent.) A very successful euchre party and dance was held in the Masonic Hall, Wyndham on Tuesday evening under the management of the committee of the local branch of the Plunket Society. There was a good attendance present, and at the conclusion of an enjoyable evening’s euchre the results were announced as follows: —Men, Mr A. Rosetta; ladies, Mrs Ross. The consolation prizes were awarded to Mr F. Lindsay and Miss Wilson. The card playing was capably controlled by Mr Hugh McKerrow, ably assisted by Mr A. T. Ross. At. the conclusion of supper the floor was cleared for dancing to music by Leckie’s Orchestra. The duty of floormastcr was carried out by Mr W. Jones.
