GUILTY OF ASSAULT
GARDENER REMANDED FOR SENTENCE. (Per United Press Association.) Christchurch, May 9. In the Supreme Court Frederick Richardson, a gardener, was found guilty of assaulting John ’Armstrong at Papanui, on March 8 and causing bodily harm. He was remanded for sentence. The case was the sequel to a quarrel in which Armstrong was wounded with shot gun' nellets.
