BEAUTIFUL DISPLAYS DEPARTMENTAL COMPETITION. JUDGING AT 9 A.M. 'ON FRIDAY. Each May Fair Messrs H. and J. Smith, Ltd., hold a Departmental Display Competion, in which prizes are awarded to the departments making the most beautiful displays. This competition eventuates at 9 a.m. on Friday, when the various displays will be judged by the local warehouse managers. For weeks past the assistants have been planning and working and the displays will be well worth seeing on Friday. In addition scores of wonderful special values will be sold so that customers will save as well as be entertained at Smith’s on Friday.
