FAMOUS EVANGELIST’S IDEA. (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) New York, April 20. News from Sterling (Colorado)) states that Billy Sunday, the famous evangelist, has confirmed New York reports that he is planning to make a number of “talkie” cinema productions in order to spread his version of the Gospel about the entire earth. He stated that many places, due to their inaccessibility or his- own limited time, had been out of his reach, but he hopes to offer his messages more widely through the medium of the cinema. "I have always been a booster of the proper kind of movies,” he said. He indicated that he wished especially to send messages to the more inaccessible portions of England and to Australia. —Australian Press ‘association.
