Christchurch, April 18. The following prisoners were sentenced by Mr Justice Herdman:
Thomas Archibald Hayes, breaking and entering at Timaru, a year’s hard labour. Amy Donovan, making a fraudulent statement in connection with a postal packet, two years’ probation. William Herbert Shutt, indecent assault, five years in the Borstal.
