AMNESTY PROMISED
AMANULLAH AND REBELS
Delhi, April 17.
A report from Peshawar says that Amanullah has promised a general amnesty to all rebels who promise their loyal support in the future and has also suggested to Bacca Sakao, the rebel king, that he should surrender and so avoid unnecessary bloodshed. He emphasized that there was no personal enmity. It is unlikely Bacca Sakao will entertain the offer. —Australian Press Association.
