TWO SUICIDES
DESPONDENT MARRIED WOMEN
(Rec. 12:5 a.m.) Sydney, April 16. Two married women, despondent and in ill-health committed suicide to-day in tragic circumstances. Mrs Maud Murphy (38) wife of the caretaker of a large city building, jumped from the seventh story window to the concrete pavement and was killed.
Mrs Sheedy (39) drowned herself and a five-year-old son in a bath at Lambton.— Australian Press Association.
