PROPOSAL. FOR. GORE.
INFORMATION SOUGHT.
At the monthly, meeting'of the , Gore School Committee on Friday evening the following resolution was carried unanimously: —“That this committee, considering itself the elected guardian of the primary education of the children of this school area, desires to learn from the Gore High School Board of Governors what scheme was placed before the Minister for Education in regard to the establishment of a junior high school at Gore, and particularly how that scheme would affect the present primary school or its premises.”
The secretary was instructed to write to the Gore High School of Governors asking for the information desired.
