FIRST PORTION AT JOHORE. (Rec. 8.45 p.m.i Singapore, October 13. The first portion of the gigantic floating dock which forms part of the naval base arrived safely and entered Johore Straits to-day, l>?ing specially moored. The second portion is due 'On Monday.—United Service.
