UNUSUAL PROVISION IN WILL. Sydney, October 12. Mr. George Bills, a wealthy wire-mat-tress manufacturer, left a will in which he bequeathed £70,000 towards the erection of water troughs for horses throughout the world and for the alleviation of suffering and the prevention of cruelty to horses.— Australian Press Association.
