SEIZURE OF OIL
PROTEST FROM POWERS. London, July 12. The Daily Telegraph states that the Foreign Office has addressed a protest to Spain against the seizure of a foreign oil establishment without adequate compensation following the Spanish Government’s decision to establish a State oil monopoly. France and the United States have alreadyprotested.—Australi in Press Association.
