ARRANGEMENT FOR WELCOME. London. June 27. Apropos the Frankfurter Zeitung’s statement that, following the United States’ arrangement for the release of properties seized in war-time, the German Foreign Office has begun similar negotiations with Australia, the British Foreign Office states that the matter is one for negotiation between Germany and the Commonwealth Australian Press Association.
