RECORD GATES
NATIONAL DAIRY SHOW. (Per United Press Association.) Palmtrston North, June 25. The National Dairy Show, which concluded on Saturday evening, was a most successful fixture. The gate takings for the five days amounted to £2004, compared with £lBOO last year. This is a record for the Winter Show as well as for any other show of the Manawatu Association. The previous record was £lBl3 for the Royal Show in 1924.
