STATION HAND FOUND DEAD. (Per United Press Association.) Gisborne, June 25. The body of a station hand, George Campbell, aged 65, who had been missing for a week on Huirui station, was found by a search party lying near his horse which was hitched to a tree. Deceased apparently alighted, feeling ill and covered himself with his coat. BOY DROWNED. Dunedin, June 25. The body of a boy of seven years, Clifford Henry James Hoyne, last seen playing on the. wharf with a companion on May 17, was washed up at Macandrew’s Bay yesterday. PORTER’S DEATH. Dunedin, June 25. Jack Cuttie, aged 23, employed as a porter at a hotel, was found dead on the floor of a bedroom this morning. A post mortem is to be held.
