CROSS-EXAMINATION OF MR PASCOE (II.) To the Editor. Sir, —Mr Pascoe says:—“The word ‘dispensation’ simply means a dispensing, a weighing or dealing out, a distribution, a stewardship. Old and new dispensations are not Bible terms. If used at all as distinguishing different ages they would refer not to the character of God’s blessings, but to modes and forms of administration. He demands obedience to His will, the keeping of the commandments in all ages alike.” Accordingly Mr Pascoe does admit that there are “ages” in wjiich God’s modes and forms of administration are different? Is not this so?—I am, etc., FRANK SAMPSON.
