SERGEANT-MAJOR FOUND GUILTY. REDUCED IN RANK. (Per United Press Association.) Hawera, June 20. Guilty on all charges was the finding of the military court-martial w’hich heard the allegations against Staff Sergeant-Major (Warrant Officer, first class) C. S. Mahoney. The sentence was that he be reduced to the rank of Staff Sergeant-Major (Warrant Officer, second class), take rank and precedence ,as if the appointment bore the date of May
