ST. GEORGE SCHOOL
ANNUAL CONCERT. The annual concert in aid of the prize funds was held in the Georgetown Hall on Wednesday, November 24. The acting-chairman of the comjnittee, the Rev. E. Gardiner, gave a short address and thanked the audience for turning out in such large numbers, mentioning that the takings were sufficient to enable the committee to supply the usual prizes. A very fine programme had been arranged by Mr B. C. Galloway, and the audience gave unstinted applause to each and every I item. I The performers were: Mrs F. Petrie, Miss .j V. McFarlane, Messrs Aitcheson, Craig, | Farley (songs), Mr D. Robertson (pipe solo), Miss D. Forrester (dance), Mr B. Wills (cornet solo), Messrs B. and J. Wills ] (cornet duet), Mr Galloway (mandolin solo), Mr C. de R. Andrews (humorous items), Mr W. J. Ball (piano).
