MILITARY ACADEMY VISITED. IMPRESSIVE SCENES. (Rec. 5.5 p.m. I Paris, October 29. The Prince of Wales’s visit to the Saint Cyr military academy was attended by a strikingly appropriate ceremony, every stage of which was intensely picturesque.
