CHARGE OF THEFT
ACCOUNTANT BEFORE COURT. REMANDED FOR A WEEK. (Per United Press Association.) Christchurch, June 15. Albert Herbert Rudd, accountant, was charged in the Magistrate’s Court with stealing between October 5 and November 6, 1925, sums amounting to £323 the property of the creditors of the assigned estate of W. Grossman and Company. Accused was remanded for a week on bail of £3OO and one surety of £3OO.
