EX-KAISER’S ACTION
APPEAL TO HIGH COURT. PROVISIONS OF VERSAILLES TREATY. THEIR APPLICATION TO HOHENZOLLERN PROPERTY. (Rec. 8.5 p.m.) Capetown, June 14. An action of international importance is to be shortly heard in the Windhoek High Court, south-west protectorate. The ex-Kaiser is petitioning for a declaration that the provisions of the Treaty of Versailles do not apply to the property of the Hohenzollern family in mandated territory and an interdict against the administractor restraining him from dealing with the family's property; and an order to registrar the deeds and restore the name of the royal family as the owner thereof. —Reuter.
