THE RIFF VIEW. LETTER FROM ABDEL KRIM. London, March 17. Abdel Krim in a letter to the Times’ correspondent at Tanour says: “When we are in a dilemma and uncertain where to go we turn to and carry out the Arab saying that the sword is more truthful than is writing.” He reiterates that the French and Spanish Governments have consistently ignored peace offers sincerely and honestly made and adds: “We trust you will tell the world we demand nothing but our rights which we are prepared to defend to the last mountain top. The whole purpose of our actions is to arrive at peace. We only seek justice.”—The Times.
