CHINESE TROUBLE
SOVIET WARSHIP SEIZED. MUNITIONS FOUND. Pekin, March 17. A Shanghai message states that the Soviet steamer Oleg which recently arrived at Taku has been seized by Fengtien warships at Taku. A search of the ship revealed enormous quantities of rifles and ammunition valued at about 2,500,000 dollars.—Reuter.
